Once we receive your submission, our legal team reviews the details to determine:

• Whether the communication likely violated the TCPA
• Which type of violation(s) may apply
• Whether we can pursue a claim on your behalf

We will follow up by phone or email with our assessment. If we don’t think you have a viable claim, we’ll tell you plainly — and explain why.

If you have a strong claim, we will ask you to sign a representation agreement. This is a standard document that formalizes our attorney-client relationship. From this point forward, all communications are fully confidential.

We will outline the strategy — whether that means demand letters, settlement negotiations, or pursuing litigation depending on your situation.
