Mobile Terms of Service

Program Description
Hammerhead Legal ("we," "our," or "us") may send SMS and MMS text messages to individuals who have provided their mobile phone number and consented to receive text communications as part of submitting a TCPA claim inquiry. Messages may include case status updates, requests for additional information, scheduling communications, and general correspondence related to your potential claim.
Message Frequency
Message frequency will vary based on the status of your matter. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send marketing or promotional messages unrelated to your claim without your additional consent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are assessed by your mobile carrier. Hammerhead Legal is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to submit a claim or receive legal services. You may still be contacted by phone or email.

Supported Carriers
Our messaging program is supported by most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
Privacy
Your mobile number and the content of your messages are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
